You can use the digital forms with any tag that you choose.  If you have already applied a UID (Unique Identifying Tag) you can simply just scan that tag and link it to the form you have created in your app. 

You can also go to download and print sticker tags.  We can provide you with pre-printed but you can also download and print the tag info with any of printers.

You can also use our manufactured rugged tags, which have UID's (unique identifying information) each tag.  These rugged tags are made to sustain sterilize processing environments.
