Avenue.co provides technology and services designed to support surgical, sterile processing, and clinical teams across healthcare settings. Our current and upcoming services include:

  • QR-Coded Tags & Instrument Tracking: For surgical tools, containers, and other medical assets.

  • Team Coordination Tools: Real-time collaboration across SPD, OR, implant reps, and support roles.

  • Forms, Bags, and Check-In/Out Stations: Hardware and software to improve instrument flow and accountability.

  • Educational Guides and Built-In Training: In-app and print-friendly guidance for consistent team support.

  • Mobile and Web Applications: Integrated tools for workflows, data entry, and traceability.

  • AI and Computer Vision (Coming Soon): Tools that visually identify and classify surgical instruments using machine learning.

  • Avenue Gig (Coming Soon): A specialized employment platform for Sterile Processing Department (SPD) professionals, connecting qualified workers with on-demand healthcare roles.

All use of these services are in accordance with applicable healthcare laws.

As new features are launched, they will fall under the scope of these Terms.

 

3. Healthcare Compliance

All users and organizations using Avenue.co services, including Avenue Gig, must comply with all applicable healthcare regulations, including but not limited to:

  • HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and related data privacy standards.

  • Local and national sterilization, infection control, and documentation requirements.

  • Ethical and legal guidelines for patient safety, data security, and professional conduct.

Any use of the Avenue platform in violation of healthcare law or to circumvent compliance procedures is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination of access.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use Avenue.co services only for lawful and approved purposes.

  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Accurately represent your qualifications if using Avenue Gig as a job seeker or employer.

  • Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and design elements on Avenue.co are the intellectual property of Avenue or its licensors. Use of this material without permission is prohibited.

6. Account Access and Management

Account registration may be required for some services. You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.

7. Payments and Fees

Certain products or services may involve fees. Payment terms and refund policies are defined at time of service. Users agree to honor all payment obligations.

8. Service Availability

Avenue.co reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of its services at any time, including beta services like Avenue Gig or AI features.

9. Termination

Violation of these Terms or relevant healthcare laws may result in termination of access, removal from the Avenue Gig platform, or legal action.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” Avenue makes no warranties and is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of its platforms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
